The Minister of Communications and Information Technology reopened the Drive Thru post office in Nasr City, the first branch of its kind in Egypt, equipped with modern digital systems and service solutions.
The office allows customers to complete postal, financial and government transactions without leaving their cars. Services include postal transactions, financial services and government services provided in cooperation with relevant authorities.
Egypt Post stated that the branch is part of its strategy to expand access to services and improve customer experience through modern and convenient service models.
The branch covers around 2,000 square meters, includes seven service windows, two ATM machines and advanced monitoring and alarm systems. It operates around the clock except on Fridays, when it opens from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
