The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with Egypt Post, launched a new service that allows citizens to submit and receive official document legalizations through post offices across Egypt.

The service follows a cooperation protocol with the National Postal Authority and is designed to cover thousands of post offices, including branches in remote and underserved areas.

Citizens can hand over documents at the nearest participating post office, pay the required fees and have the documents sent to the competent legalization office before being returned through the same postal channel.

The initiative supports the ministry's plan to modernize consular services, reduce pressure on main offices and provide more flexible access to government services.
