The Minister of Communications and Information Technology and the Governor of Qalyubia opened the upgraded Kafr Shukr Main Post Office and Kafr Abu Gomaa Post Office after comprehensive development work.

The upgraded branches are designed to provide postal, financial and digital government services more efficiently. They include modern service counters, digital payment capabilities, ATM services and access to Egypt Digital services.

Egypt Post stated that the development is part of a nationwide plan to modernize branches and ensure that citizens in cities and villages receive services under consistent quality standards.

The visit also included follow-up on telecom customer services and remote diagnosis units in Qalyubia, reflecting the wider digital transformation agenda and efforts to improve public services across governorates.
